The attacker then used the funds to purchase 9,752.24 ETH on the worth of $1,537 per ETH, spending a complete of round $14.9 million. The exploiter spent one other $1.5 million to purchase 1,036 staked ETH(stETH). In accordance with PeckShield, the hacker wrapped the bought Ethereum tokens to get round 9,700 wstETH.
